I had an excellent experience with the Law Firm of Victoria. In a time when I was not thinking straight and vulnerable, I was treated with respect. From day one, Erin Ellis was up front about her fees and always ran it by me first if something might cost extra. I received a monthly accounting so I knew exactly what was spent. She returned phone calls promptly and answered all my questions honestly. She made sure that my expectations were reasonable and worked hard to avoid having to go to court. In the end, I'm very satisfied with my settlement. I have already referred one friend to the firm and would do so again.

Friend of mine is going through a divorce. This lawyer contacted me about some information I gave to the husband. Never once got me to confirm I was who she was asking on the phone. I wasn't in fact who she was asking for and she continued to ask me questions. If any of that info goes to court and she tried to use it it would be devistating to her case. She also didn't understand what my job title was and asked me to say I'm something other than what I am at my job.

As a woman who 27 years ago walked down the aisle never anticipating that I would be in a position of going through a divorce the most important quality I needed for myself was a firm that was not only knowledgeable and trustworthy but empathic and nurturing. As a clinical Social Worker I am sensitive to the fact that one's emotional status can affect your entire life. Erin Ellis and Dennis Zamplas were exemplary in their handling not only the legal aspects of my divorce but the emotional turmoil one can experience. I have referred them to friends and am so fortunate to have had this law firm represent me and the end result was extremely positive. They were always available......I never had a question about where we were in the process or what the next step was. Incredibly dissatisfied!!! Im changing my post so it contains just my opinions... In my opinion the service was slow and not of quality for the price. Also, in my opinion, an attorney should never reference her own divorce during meetings. I recommend Julia Black in Grand Blanc. She doesn't cost as much and in my opinion seems like a much better choice! I recommend going with her the first time and would not recommend Law Firm of Victoria to anyone that I actually like.

Did not meet my expectations, would not recommend.
