Amy Spilman is a fantastic lawyer. When I first hired Amy, I made it clear what was the most important thing to me...and she took it to heart, and fought very hard on my behalf...always keeping my requested importance in the forefront of her mind. I appreciate that more than anything. Amy is also very good at helping to figure out the best steps forward, when there are many different paths that can be taken....but also taking the time (if needed) to talk out the pros/cons of each scenario. I have been a client of Laura Eisenberg for several years because I chose the wrong divorce lawyer. I now find myself having to deal with the court ( do to my ex) every couple of years since my divorce. No matter what I am fighting for or trying to prevent from happening to my children, Laura and her team are there to help. The level of knowledge and ability to navigate the court system makes going to court less scary. I only wish I found Laura’s firm in the beginning.

I had a very difficult complicated divorce. I didn’t even know where to begin.. On my first meeting with Laura and her staff especially Karen ( they’re all great) but I liked Laura’s assistant Karen the most!! Laura is very focused, she has the ability to change game planes on a moment notice, yet she’s not reactive either. She knows when and how to react in her client’s benefit. Laura gained me as a client forever and all my referral confidently going to her. For the honesty of billing all the way to get the most out of divorce. I recommend this law office all day long. Excellent legal advice

My ex-wife and I hired Laura Eisenberg after our divorce was final for arbitration of the property that was not included in the divorce. Ms Eisenberg exploited the situations for over 2 years, the total costs ended up being $400,000. She was very disrespectful and abusive. It was absolutely terrible process, she couldn't make a decision and when she did it was biased and didn't make sense. She never disclosed her close of relationship she had with my ex-wife attorney including the employment of his son. Bitterly disapointed in the unfair and deceitful manner I was subjected to by Ms Eisenberg

Hyper-expensive "legal" process when you are at your lowest point; poor or no return of phone calls in a timely fashion; and over $55,000 fees to her and $95,000 to co-counsel! Caveat emptor!

There are enough one star reviews listed here that we all can’t be wrong. No return calls. Crazy made up billable hours. How any judge or FOC professional could ever rely on this group to be a GAL or parenting coordinator is absurd. The last thing they are concerned with are your children. It’s all about the billable hours. Months of no return phone calls and they don’t return phone calls to other attorneys either. Save yourself the headaches and stress and also a lot of money. Go elsewhere. Reply NO - it is not fabricated but replying that way to cover up how you treat you clients is rich isn't it? We certainly were clients. If you spent more times replying to clients than to bad reviews perhaps the multiple bad reviews wouldn't have occurred.
