This is the worst law office. They don’t work with you. They just take how ever much they want at a time then when you think you’re done being garnished they send a letter saying you owe more money no explanation why nothing. Then you don’t ever get a phone call back or email.

I can’t get ahold of anybody over there. They’ve been double charging my account and that’s not the payment plan I setup. I’m starting to think this is a scam.

Cannot even keep track of their own paperwork.

This is by far the worst collection agency ever. Not because I owed something but because they never return phone calls. It's like they block your number, it goes directly to voicemail. Not friendly or professional at all. There is a way to speak to people to get a problem resolved. The absolute worst!!!!!!!

Great customer service

This company is beyond unprofessional. I called to make payment arrangements but they took it upon themselves to garnish my wages without even notifying me, and now i cant get in touch with anyone there to find out what's going on. They didn't even send me a court date or any paperwork to object this garnishment. They even lied to the courts to get that "automatic" win. Their greed took my installment payments and my hard earned money.

Low level troglodytes

Horrible instructions for using their website to make payments. Before June, 23, I was able to login to website. Now, there is a requirement to download Google Authenticator, but the instructions are INCOMPLETE and/or inaccurate...and I am having to call back.

Absolutely awful company!! They somehow were just able to completely drain my bank account to zero!! Including the $.05 I had in my savings account!! I only had $188.00 in my checking to get some groceries, do my laundry, and put gas in the car. That money was loaned to me by my boss until I get paid again in two weeks!! I'm not sure how this is even legal!! I am a single parent that is living paycheck to paycheck barely able to afford my housing and all of my bills. I get NO help from the state or my son's father. They have left me completely broke and not sure how Im going to provide food and Necessities for my household.
