DEPLORABLE collection agency, lost my checks and overcharged me on a a garnishment, they DONT answer the phone, when I finally got ahold of my "representative " she accused my employer saying they didn't send the checks, proceeded to continue to garnish my check 3 extra weeks after I initially paid it off. Got a phone call out the blue saying they "found" the checks only after I called them 100 times a day. They sent a field agent to harass me when I owed them money, now when it's the other way around I'm in the wrong, if you EVER have to deal with weber olcese do not give them the power to take it to court, I don't know what type of garbage organization they are running but it's not fair to you, you may owe them a collection but THEY DO NOT OWN YOU You'd think they would send out the checks they owe me right away? Nope, took them a entire month to send them out, funny how aggressive and swift with taking money from me but incompetent and slow when it's the other way around.

I’m making payments and they still sent a garnishment to my employer!!!! WTH!

Tim D helped me out so much always called me back in a timely manner. He had answered all my questions. I feel he went above and beyond.

Awful. No regard for people’s financial situations. Not willing to work with you at all.

I wish I could sue this company. I make my payments on time. And don’t see them updated on the website. They never answer their phone. Very unprofessional

Shameless and dishonest. Took advantage of my wife’s recent addition to my bank account to garnish the entire amount of what she had arranged with them to pay monthly. Hope Weber & Olcese PLC of Birmingham go bankrupt.
