They're taking my money.

All people are not equal. I have worked in IT phone support for 18 yrs, and it's hard to walk a person step by step to fix a problem. However, when you love to help you love your job. They are calling about a bill you created I'm sure is very hard. They get all kinds of people good and bad; just like I did doing phone support. When the person on the side is kind then that can only allow the collection person to be kind I feel. I have to say the gentleman I worked with for the last 3 1/2 yrs has always been very kind, nice and helpful. You have to show yourself friendly, kind and nice to receive the same in return. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I had a debt that I settled with a previous law firm back in 2016. I found out today that they never reported it to the courts as paid. Since then they have filed bankruptcy and Weber took over their acts. They refuse to send my acct to the courts as paid because they dont work with the company stating: “Why would I send you or the courts anything when we don’t work for Target? Our name will be on it and we don’t want that. It doesn’t mean anything that we have your account here. We can’t help you.” Even though they can see all my information, they refused to send me my information personally and to send to the courts. They hang up on you and are rude. I’m at a loss of what to do! These people are awful and don’t have any customer service skills.

An actual phone number to contact about my debt would be nice.

These people are the coldest hearted people you will ever talk to! They are non humans in my book. I am made to believe these people have had everything handed to them on a sliver platter. And never had to learn how to stand on there two feet, so they don’t know what’s like to struggle paying there bills. It must be nice to come from a rich family and have no worries in there life.

Very unprofessional, having limited income due to VA disability payments, and not working full time for 7 years they thought I was lying. Check income records and leave me alone. My part time work was VA work study as I had Vi Rehab. They will try and intimidate you and try to get you to pay (like sucking money from a turnip). They are leeches plain and simple.
