Do these people ever answer their phones?!?!? Maybe return peoples messages regarding their case?!?!? Have Manners?!?!?! UNPROFESSIONAL Rude, Rotten, and flat out Heartless ! As soon as you enter your case file # they forward you to voicemail to waste your breath because they do NOT call you back...EVER!...Good luck resolving anything with these people!

So rude and unprofessional I wish I could give them a zero!! Unfortunately I’ve had to deal with them a lot considering they DO NOT CALL YOU if there is an update in your case I’ve called them 3x in one day waiting and trying to pay my case off in full! They are also liars stating they faxed my letter of paid in full and they did not! Worst thing I’ve ever had to deal with! If you have to deal with them, good luck!

This kind of Firm give a bad name to the profession. No contact except a 49.02 garnishment. How much does it cost to file papers and pursue this .
