Amy Byer is a great no-nonsense lawyer to have on your side in a family law dispute. I hired Amy while going through a divorce a few years ago, and have continued to consult her since then as issues of parenting time come up. I always appreciated that Amy was honest and straightforward with me about my chances of winning any particular judgement, and how hard she fought to get me the time with my child I felt I deserved. On top of that she is very friendly and personable, couldn't ask for a better lawyer.
