I contacted Eva Cantarella at Hertz Schram about a Pension Inquiry. She responded very quickly and followed through thereafter by investigating my pension claim, and subsequently filed a class action lawsuit concerning my claim. She is an excellent communicator and kept me up-to-date every step of the way. She is amazing and I am very grateful after putting my full trust in her.

I have never met a person or firm as dedicated to Pension security as Eva Cantarella and Hertz Schram. They have only 1 type of client. The Pensioners themselves, whom are often unfairly targeted to lose their deferred wages.
Eva stood with us for 5 years, helping where she could until the Pension issues were resolved for over 1 1/2 million retirees and actives.
We were involved with Multi-employer Pension plans in Critical status.

I have encountered problems claiming a Vested Pension from a large corporaton. Eva Cantarella was extremely helpful with advice as how I should proceed. I live in SW Michigan but was referred to her from a local firm here. Very impressed with her timely response and her help in trying to resolve my issue.
