Liss and Andrews has been extremely helpful honesty trustworthy and loving during everything from 2002 to present .They really take the time out to speak with you about any issues concerns you have I really appreciate them and going over and beyond to continue to support and service me and my brother.. his auto accident left him with a TBI it has been a process and Liss has not left us even during the loss of our mother... I truly love them... Very thankful for them ..

My son sustained a TBI in an auto accident in 2011, he was 18. It was clear that the auto insurance agency was more interested in their bottom line than his needs. During our first encounter, Arthur Liss and Nick Andrews listened and reassured us that they could navigate this unknown territory for us. I was very impressed with their knowledge and expertise in this area of the law. Whenever there are questions or concerns, I am always able to speak with someone there and I receive answers promptly. If you find yourself in the worst place you ever want to be (or a family member) absolutely consult Liss & Andrews BEFORE you advocate on your own with your insurance company after an accident. I wish someone would have given me that advice when my daughter was in an accident 18 years ago. They have never stopped fighting for her to get the care that's needed. My Husband got in a car accident May of 2021, it took years to settle, but we could have not done it without the expertise of Meagan O'Donnell, she is very compassionate of what she does, she always answer the phone when you call, she answer all our questions and assure us that she will fight for us to the end, she got us a good amount of settlement, it's unfortunate that my Husband got injured but atleast his settlement will help us going forward, when people ask me who my Lawyer is i tell them it's Meagan O'Donnell at Liss, and Andrew I highly recommended them 110% they are very professional and they are good of what they do!. Nick Andrews of Liss and Andrews is incredible, as is the whole staff. Our son was injured in a car accident in 1997. We have gone through insurance Hell for all these years. For the last year, Nick and his Team have been working on solutions to benefit our TBI Survivor son. We just finished a jury trial and the Jury understood our issues with the Insurance Company, thanks to the expertise of Nick and his Team.
