My wife and I attended an Estate Planning Seminar, given by Rutkowski Law, in early 2019 and found it to be very informative, so we decided to move ahead with creating a Trust. The entire team was super helpful and the process was much, much easier than either of us had really expected. The finished product was packaged so that when the time comes that one of us, or our loved ones, needs to act they have everything they need readily available. Thankfully we haven't had a need to reach back out until recently, when some questions were posed to me about our Trust that I had difficulty answering. I was under a time restraint, called the office after hours and received a call first thing in the morning from Michael. He provided me with all the information I needed and gave me his cell phone number just in case I found I forgot something . . . of course I did. I sent him a text and he responded immediately. We came to Estate planning and Trusts a little late in life. But thanks to a luncheon seminar, we met some of the members of the Rutkowski Law team. We listened to their presentation and knew we had found a law firm we could work with. Recently we had the pleasure of working with Casey Callahan who seamlessly set up an asset protection trust for us. He had the answers for all of our questions and explained everything in detail. We also met with Michael Rutkowski who was most accommodating. Again, no question goes unanswered. Every step of the way we were treated with dignity and patience. At the front desk Colleen greeted us with a big smile and offered to help in any way she could. That attitude permeates the office and instills confidence.

We came to Mike expecting to "just update" our existing, 25 year-old documents, but Mike made us aware of changes to best practice and made the whole process of updating very simple and understandable. I so appreciated Mike's sensitivity and compassion dealing with a very difficult topic so shortly after my husband's passing, He was thoughtful and helpful in his recommendations to avoid problems in the future.

Mike and his team were really kind and helpful. Our initial reason for contacting Mike was to help us set up a Trust and walk us through Medicad options for our Mom. Unfortunately she passed away before we could do anything, but Mike helped us out with what to do next. Really nice and helpful.
