This law firm is very detailed in explaining the process of a trust and given you options of what is best for your situation. I am happy with the professionalism, consistent communication via phone calls and emails. Moreover, meeting with each team member including the owner was welcoming. It put my mind at ease. Called to explore using to update our wills and asked for an estimate. Even if just a ball-park idea. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit for an evaluation to get any idea how much for the investment costs. We found several other law firms who either were upfront with their estimates or gave a free consultation so will use one of them. Feels a little scammy to insist on payment before telling your clients how much for your services.
