I don't feel that Jesse and his team did the best they could for my daughter. I feel like they were on the hospital's side and let time run it's course until there was nothing I could do. I should have switched firms, I should have done something more. I had no clue where to go or what to do. When I asked them if having certain testing done would help my daughters case they told me they couldnt give me that advice. So, for anyone who has a child with genetic issues and the hospital messed up and almost killed your child, keep on moving because this law firm will stand behind the hospital and point everything at genetics! We came to you when she was 8 months old!!!! The limitations runs out when she turns 10 years old, right? How is less than a year adequate time for another firm to pick up the case???
