I had the worst experience with her… For me she was nothing else but a scam

I love Dalia; she is an honest and trustworthy woman, which is hard to find nowadays in the legal field. She always treated me like a sister. Although she is always busy, she remains cheerful.

Worst expierience ever with this firm! Dalia Rasha Kejbou, P.C. Our experience with Dalia Rasha Kejbou, P.C. has been nothing short of a nightmare. We had high hopes when we hired them to handle our immigration case, but those hopes were quickly dashed due to a series of unprofessional and frustrating encounters. 1. **Lack of Follow-Up**: Throughout the process, follow-up from the firm was almost non-existent. We often found ourselves having to chase down updates and information. 2. **High Turnover Rate**: The turnover rate at this firm is alarming. We were shuffled between three different representatives, all of whom no longer work there. This lack of continuity severely impacted the quality of service we received. 3. **Mistakes and Lack of Accountability**: Our application was riddled with errors, including missing pages and missing signatures at initial submission. Once our green card came in, we noticed there was also a mistake on the card & Instead of taking responsibility, the firm blamed us for not catching their mistakes during our review. This is unacceptable, as we trusted them to handle these details professionally. 4. **Delays in Processing**: Our original application sat on Dalia's desk for over a month before it was reviewed. When it was finally sent to USCIS, it came back a month later with numerous errors that could have been avoided with proper attention and care. 5. **Predatory Fees**: When we requested our original documents and copies to correct the firm's errors, we were hit with a $150 document preparation fee and an additional charge of 25 cents per page. This felt retaliatory and unfair, especially given the context of their mistakes. In summary, our experience with Dalia Rasha Kejbou, P.C. was terrible. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and the imposition of unjust fees has left us deeply dissatisfied. We strongly advise against using their services if you want a smooth and competent handling of your immigration matters.
