She had spelled We approached Nawrocki Center, after being impressed by what they said in a seminar. When they quoted a flat fee, well I just about fell off my chair. Lots of money for us who live on Social Security. However, as the process went on, and seeing the amount of professional work they were doing for us, well, I actually asked them if we owed them extra money. They spent a lot of time going over each phase, each law, each situation. They brought up things that we never considered. They suggested different ways to handle things. In another words, they kept us out of future trouble. All included in the flat fee. We funded the trust by moving all assets into the trust. The work they did turned out to be a real blessing as my wife passed away a couple of years later. There we had it. All of her requests were spelled out. Everyone knew the play book. Everything went smoothly…except for one thing. We totally forgot that we had college funds setup for all of our grandkids. Those monies were not transferred into the trust. The bank that held the money would not help me at all. Funds are in my wife’s name, not in mine. Back to Nawrocki. Told them my situation. How did we miss these monies? Forgot I guess. Well they stepped up to the plate again. They worked with me to open a probate to retrieve the funds. All in all, they kept me out of trouble. Very friendly. Very professional. And the price turned out to be a real bargain. I have the highest recommendation for this group. You also need to attend their seminars.
