Potential issues with follow-through on contracts and communication

“Would NOT recommend this firm. They were happy to take Mom's money UP FRONT but not so happy to follow through w contract. ... I think they are waiting for her to die first. (Mom is 91) ~ The contract states the money is their's whether they do the work or not. Very sly. ... I was too trusting.”
