Hands down the best Real Estate Attorneys in the area. I regularly recommend them to clients and use them myself. They will help you understand the law, your rights, and navigating toward your desired outcome. Real estate laws can be tricky and Cooper and Riesterer how to navigate them.

We have all of our "ducks in a row" now thanks to Nawrocki Center. They helped us decide how to lay out our legacy. They help alleviate financial surprises of the aging process on this side of heaven. Ruxandra was so knowledgeable in explaining the process, and helped us every step of the way. We have finished binder explaining all of our wishes, and peace of mind.

My wife has had Alzheimers for 7 years. As the disease progressed, I contacted the Nawrocki Center for Legal advice on elder care and what I needed for asset protection. They set me up with a Trust, Protective Order, Power of Attorney, and an updated Will. I had to place my wife into a nursing home in February 2018. They put together a Medicaid application package and submitted to the probate court. Through their efforts, we were approved. A second redetermination is due now, and I am again using Nancy and Lisa for my representation. I want to especially recognize Ruxandra Oprescu for her professional and superb handing of my document assemblage and submission to the court. She continually kept me updated throughout the process. I recommend the Nawrocki Center for your elder care needs.

Would NOT recommend this firm. They were happy to take Mom’s money UP FRONT but not so happy to follow through w contract. ... I think they are waiting for her to die first. (Mom is 91) ~ The contract states the money is their’s whether they do the work or not. Very sly. ... I was too trusting. ~ Being naive is not a good trait when dealing w this firm/ Lisa Beaty, Atty They’ve had her $4,000 since April ... I call them - they don’t call back. Shameful!

My husband and I went to the Nawrocki law offices for a will and an estate plan, and we had very good experience there. Attorney Lisa Beatty and Ruxandra Oprescu were great, and I would definitely recommend them for estate planning because they are thorough, very professional, they explain everything that they are doing, and they are also very friendly and easygoing, also. We were highly satisfied.
