I initially contacted Mitch with the intention of filing my own divorce. After my first conversation with him it was clear that I needed representation. I am very pleased with how he handled my divorce.

I was going through hell after a few months of trying to settle my divorce while using an attorney from outside Livingston county, my stress levels were through the roof because I felt like I really had no one in my corner fighting for me, and my previous lawyer didn’t seem to have the time or aggressive approach I needed; if you’re a parent you know how I feel. The minute I called Mitch I felt such a sense of relief, he always took the time to respond to text messages or phone calls, and within two weeks at the MOST Mitch had my custody and divorce agreement settled and our judgement of divorce was on record! It’s something to be said when you walk into the prosecutor’s building for friend of the court and the security officer comments that he felt like he was seeing the “all star team” when Mitch walked in after another attorney and that he should’ve brought his selfie stick for a picture! (I know he was being funny but that spoke volumes to me about how reputable Mitch is in court) He is fairly priced and worth every penny!

Mitch is awesome. I was having a hard time when my ex decided she wanted a divorce. Mitch really stepped up and helped me out and I couldn't be more grateful.
