We were unable to come to an agreement with the IRS after an audit and hired Mr. Harrington to handle our case. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He has a great deal of experience in dealing with the IRS. After negotiation, he was able to resolve our tax liability with a very positive result. We feel it was a job well done, and we will continue to request Mr Harrington to represent us in our IRS tax matters.

We had a great experience working with John Harrington. He helped us on short notice workout what we needed to do with the IRS regarding a sports non profit group. He was amazingly helpful, fit us in with short notice and helped us solve all of the issues we needed to address.

I can’t say enough good things about John. Over 6 years ago when I was 21 years I started a business and thought I was doing everything right. I paid all of my taxes and hired a CPA. Just a month ago I was sent a $17,000 bill from the state of Michigan for sales taxes I didn’t pay plus years of interest and penalties I had never got a bill before from anyone and panic sunk in. I was an emotional wreck. I tried dealing with them personally and was extremely overwhelmed because I didn’t understand any of it. I reached out to over 50 lawyers and no one wanted to take my case on. I reached out to John late one day and he told me simply to call him in the morning. I did. He listened and sent me over paperwork that day to be my lawyer. After he spoke to the state on my behalf he found out things were done incorrectly. John got my bill from 17,000 to 0. My family and I our beyond grateful for John. If you need a tax lawyer he is your guy. I hope I never have to use him again, but if I do I hope he’s available. Easily hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer.

Is your ex attempting one last money grab before spousal support expires? Do you naïvely believe your original JOD language regarding spousal support being final, binding, and non-modifiable in duration cannot be challenged for any ridiculous reason? Think again, this is family law, not business law. Denise helped prevent an attempt to change the duration of my original expiring spousal support agreement. I would highly recommend her professionalism and expertise to guide you through any post-divorce legal challenges to protect what you believed was an ironclad agreement!
