Manuela is very knowledgeable about the type of work she does and very to the point. She was very detailed in the gathering of all documents and was able to explain in details what the next steps would be throughout our process from the initial meeting. Would definitely recommend her to others!

Manuela has been mine and my husbands attorney for his immigration case . She explained the whole process to us both from the beginning to the end when we met her the first day. she was really understanding and nice person she speaks Spanish and Italian ! She is very up front and always honest about the procedures and fees. She prepared us on what exactly was needed to abatain my husbands visa, and greencard. My husband waiver has been approved in a short period of time! We are really happy that we hired her for my husbands immigration case and now we are just waiting for his appointment! I went to this firm long back ago when I was in deep crisis and needed some help, guidance and a comforting shoulder to lean on. I did have funds to pay for the fees and the whole process as well. But it just felt like she had no empathy and concern about what I was going through and what hardships I was facing as far as the immigration went. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and I was devastated but I was fortunate enough to find another attorney who was very professional and nice. FYI, I'm a US Citizen now but I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.

DON'T GO HERE !! I don't know about all the 5 Star reviews they must not have been taken like I was..or maybe friends of hers. She took me for 500 dollars when I decided to not use her. She said "oh now we are on an hourly basis"..500 dollars and didn't even lift a pen. It takes me a week and a half to make that much..she did nothing for me except keep my deposit.

Manuela and her staff have been amazing. She did everything and more to make sure that our case was as strong as it could be for when our 'judgement day' came. She took on our case even though we live states away, and she stayed in touch with us through everything. She made sure we knew and understood every line and phrase, and if we ever had any questions we knew she was just a phone call or email away. I do highly recommend her, Manuela and her staff have been wonderful through every step or our process. She knew what we needed and how and/or where we had to go to get all the papers we needed to make sure we had everything and more to ensure a strong case.

We had and continue to have an outstanding experience with the office of Mrs. Manuela Policicchio my husband and I obtained her for his immigration services. She gave our family hope when we felt like all had failed. We would definitely recommend her to anyone not only just family or friends we are not completely done with my husbands legal status yet but will be in the near future thanks to Mrs. Policicchio services. With all honestly cost doesn't really play a factor in our case as long as our family is together in the end because when that one person has an undocumented status in the US it effects not only them solely but the entire family and I feel she truly understands that and has compassion for each on of these families including our very own. We not only feel like her just clients but like her office cares she always refers to us by first name basis and returns our calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Manuela to be hired , my husband and I applied for his papers last year in March and he is now permanent resident of the USA. She has done a excellent job on getting all required documents to the USCIS!! Everything was done in a timely manner!!
