If they say they can get back the money you paid on taxes when you said your house they probably can. It worked for me!

I received a letter in the mail from Ryan D. Nephew's Law firm informing me that we had Tax Transfer Refund available to us. We never heard of such a thing, so we did some investigation. His Law Office seemed legit and all of the sources we found on his business had high reviews. A few friends in Real Estate told us to not trust it, so honestly, we let it sit for a month. Ryan contacted us a few times during that period and we decided to go for it. So happy we did!! Filled out the paperwork on Jan 22nd and received a check in the mail on Feb 10th!! The check included a copy of the information their Law Office had received from the State of Michigan. So very happy we decided to trust him. This is certainly NOT a scam and I hope this review helps others like myself make a determination. Thank you again Ryan for getting us this extra $3,450!!

Mr. Nephew's office notified me via mail that I qualified for a Tax Transfer Refund. Literally all I had to do was sign a form and three weeks later I got a check. Mr. Nephew and his team took care of everything. They were truly professional and expeditious. I am so happy I responded to the letter.
