Go with the court appointed. They are cheaper and will get the same results if not better. Luke will tell you what you want to hear, not reality. When your in a serious situation this is not the guy you want on your side.

Great local lawyers...

Luke was hired to represent our father 79 years old whom built his farm with his two hands and lived for 46 years. Upon his wife’s death of 40 years his step daughter came up with a questionable quick claim deed that was NOT legally notarized by local title insurance company the step daughter removed him from his home and placed him in a nursing home. He was neglected and over medicated including putting him on hospice. Now that he is in the care of family whom loves him and under the correct medical care he is doing well enough to make his own decisions. He will now fight to get his farm back and still has hopes to walk again. God bless Jesus for answered prayers. Now we pray God makes it right and gives the man his farm back. Luke kept $6,000 of our retainer and removed himself from the case 5 days prior to going to court.

They rarely return your calls. You have to call them constantly. Wouldn't recommend this law firm for anything.

If you want someone to take your money and make a bad situation worse by doing nothing.....then this lawyer is for you. My children went hungry, then I went homeless. I needed someone on my side to fight for me. This was not the guy. Easy money for him.
