My case has just been settled. I recommend Jay Truck & Associates to anybody, especially Jayson Chizick when it comes to work comp, whom represented me. I was nervous when I first made the call to look into what was at the time my potential case. But Jayson as well as his Legal Secretary, Jessica, made the whole process quite painless for me. During the process, he was always upfront, informative and understanding, always listened, always available for questions, always had my best interest, not simply as a client, but as a person. I appreciate all the hard work and care put into my case.

Really great at explaining options and helping a mechanical guy like myself understand. I got hut at work and workers comp refused to pay. Todd got a settlement for me that was agreeable when otherwise I would have got nothing at all.
