I'd give four and a half stars if it was possible. My experience with the law firm was very positive. My attorney was a great advocate for me, and the other staff I worked with were very helpful as well. If you have to fight it out with worker's comp/an employer you want them on your side. They have a great deal of expertise and experience in this area, and I cannot overstate the importance of having a a lawyer with that specific expertise to take on this complicated system that is designed to protect them at your expense. It can feel like David versus Goliath when you're going through it. However, with a lawyer from Jay Trucks & Associates it at least feels like David is armed with a much bigger rock and has better aim. Fighting back against the comp system is very challenging and is set up to break you. It is paramount that you have a lawyer who understands this and the nuances of this system, can be your cheerleader while fighting hard for you. My experience is that Jay Trucks & Associates attorneys are the best in the state at it. If you got hurt at work, and have difficulty with worker's comp and wondering what you should do I highly recommend that you call them. Don't count on the system to look out for your interests, it won't. These attorneys will give you the best advice moving forward.

We can’t say enough about our Lawyer Todd Trucks and his secretary Tammy. They were excellent on keeping us informed, answered our emails or phone calls in a timely fashion and most of all, made us feel comfortable during a very trying time in our lives. Jay trucks is a awesome place to be invited into if they take your case...communication is a simple word for these people...they are on time and very very helpfully with what's going on and were case is going...I had the aportunity of having mr.todd and his associate tammy on my case....mrs.tammy is so patient and helpfull...if she dont have the answer...(9 out of 10 times she does),she will get Todd on it and you get almost instantly satisfaction...this group of people are heaven sent...I appreciate all they have done for me...I can not thank them enough..
