I would recommend Jay Trucks and Associates to everyone. Todd and Kati are really awesome. They did a amazing job handling my daughter's case. Overall we were very satisfied with how they answered all questions, responded to all emails and calls, and the outcome of the workman's comp case.

The team at Jay Trucks & Associates care about the person, and you never feel rushed with them. I would highly recommend them. The team makes sure that any and all questions or concerns you may have are put to bed. They are the best!

For starters The Office Staff treat you with respect and listen to what you have to say and. Actuly care about what you are going threw. It may take month's or a couple years for you to get your case settled but Todd helps in any way he can. So have patience things will work out . Todd has your best interest at heart. And if you ever have any questions they will listen. Your not talking to a machine there real live people who listen and honestly help. I don't know where i would have done if it was not for Todd and Melanie. God Bless them both.

Undoubtedly the best decision

Jayson is the best he was able to help me through one the most difficult times in my families life. I was getting the run around with the insurance company and the case manager they assigned to handle my case .... they were running me around ragged i felt like a puppet on a string.. when I decided to stick up for myself they told me they'd cut me off from the petty amount of money workman's comp was giving me.. I called Jay trucks and with a simple interview with Jayson Chizick he agreed I was getting thrown around and taken advantage of. After that meeting the following Monday the case manager that was changing my appointments on my behalf without consulting me was terminated from my case... the insurance company finally started to straighten up.. I however had to call the Jayson every other week due to the fact that the insurance company kept delaying my checks... it only took that phone call and bam i got an email stating my checks was processed from the insurance company... insurance companies are a joke and they will take advantage of you if they are giving the opportunity. I decided to sue the insurance company and won with the help of Jayson !!!! Thanks so much for your help Sir you have no idea how much my family appreciates all the hard work you did . also the legal secretary liz... you were such a great help throughout the whole ordeal they really need a cloning machine to make more of you ... your a damn hard worker!!!

To have someone to go to in a bad situation in your life and be able to put your full trust in them says alot about these people. Very friendly, return calls quickly and understanding. Thank you
