The best move I ever made was hiring Shaun Marks! I had an extremely high BAC and was involved in an accident. This was my first offense. My first meeting with him concerning DUI told me I was in the right office. His first concern was for me to get whatever type Of help I thought I needed. He was very kind, telling me I wasn’t a bad person just a person who made a bad choice. I had several charges with the possibility of 90 days in jail. Very frightening to say the least. My sentencing resulted in an impaired driving, second charge dropped and 90 day restricted license, fines of around $1000. No probation, no blowing device in my car, and I did not lose my license for 90 days. Absolutely the best of all possible outcomes. Shaun, I wish we had met under different circumstances but thanks for everything! The worst experience of my life and you made it relatively painless!
