Andrew Merriman hands down is the best lawyer I've ever dealt with. After my brother died in Jan. of 2001 without a will I contacted several lawyers regarding his estate and decided to hire Andrew. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had a lot going on at this time (I had another brother pass a few months later and parents in their 90's to take care of. Not to mention I live out of state) and I found Andrew to be patient and understanding during this difficult time. I also, found him to be fair, balanced, very professional in addition to being reasonably priced. I recommend Andrew without hesitation and am very happy with the services he provided.

In my opinion Andrew Merriman was the perfect representation I could have had during a time of crisis. Not only did he handle my custody case with great detail and care he was also able to guide and help me emotionally as a very young man going through one of the most difficult times in my life. Without his advice and counsel I do not know if my case would have turned out as favorable as it did and if I would have been able to be the father figure for my son I am today. So if you are looking I highly suggest reaching out to him because I have no doubt that afterwords you'll know the call was well worth your time.

Andrew Merriman saved my house from being foreclosed on. I didn't pay the mortgage for 17 months. Don't ask me how he did it. Spectacular job. In fact, I have used him for multiple legal issues and he always does a spectacular job, evictions, divorce, all handled, all wins from him for me. He is an honest lawyer and still a high-quality lawyer (impossible to find). Very alert in the courtroom. I still use him whenever something comes up.

Mr. Merriman was very professional and detailed in explaining to me my options with my particular matter. He formulated an action plan and followed through swiftly. You really feel like he has your best interest in mind when he works with you. I would highly recommend Mr. Merriman for representation.

I have known Merriman for almost 15 years. In this time I have been able to utilize his knowledge and expertise for a range of needs when it comes to needing to understand the law and how it applies. Most recently he helped me write a business contract to help protect my assets, but also clearly lay out expectations so both my clients and I are taken care of. I plan to use him in the future for any needs that may arise. I would recommend Merriman to anyone who wants a fair, honest, and diligent lawyer working for them and getting the best outcome.

Andrew helped out with our home when construction was not completed in our home the way it was supposed to be. He was very professional and treat us very well!!!! Highly recommend
