Gary is the best lawyer hands down,I was charged with a OWI and improper use of lights and when I went to court for sentencing,..I pleaded guilty to disorderly behavior and impeding traffic..I don't know how this lawyer did it but I'm so grateful I met him and I still got my license and my job...thanks Gary

The case never had to go to trial, and was concluded after a plea deal. My original charge, Second DUI Offense was reduced to Reckless Driving. A second DUI charge carries severe penalties and can be very complicated and incredibly stressful. For me, Gary was an easy choice when it came time to hiring him as my attorney. I consulted with many lawyers before deciding. Certain charges can have extreme consequences that can change a persons quality of life forever. Gary was my AAA attorney, meaning he is the best attorney for the job, with the most experience and best reputation in the district. I could have hired an inexperienced attorney, but this was nothing to go cheap on. Gary was an investment I made, and in return, he invested in me. I was charged on 11/15, the case did not end until the following 9/15. He fought continuously for me, and never backed down. Gary negotiated with the prosecutor until he/we got the deal he wanted (Reckless). Every month, I had a court date, and every month it was pushed back, and pushed back, and pushed back because Gary cared, and didn't just accept the first deal that came to him. Gary just kept pushing the case longer and longer, until the prosecutor offered Reckless Driving. Many Lawyers don't care, and would have taken my money and ran in January (The first court date) just to get the case over with. I could tell Gary was knowledgeable when I first met with him. He laid it out just how it was going to go, without a hiccup. I was convinced he did this stuff in his sleep. He didn't BS. Never guaranteed anything, but his best. For the sake of your life and future, hire Gary to fight your case.

Gary is a fantastic attorney, he help us in a recent case where a lot was on the line for our family and could not have been happier with the out come. Our situation was during the shut down from Covid so things were a little more difficult but he was with us every step of the way. To me attorney’s are a get what you pay for concept and he’s worth every penny. Honestly he is really not that unreasonable price wise compared to other and was very flexible with arrangements.
