Purchasing my first clinic was a massive task that I underestimated. The information is endless and the responsibilities are even more taunting. After having my initial consultation with Matthew LaMaster, I actually felt like I had a grasp on the process and came out of the conversation knowing exactly what I needed to do and how the process was going to go from A-Z. After almost 2 years of trying to get our wedding pictures from our photographer, my husband & I decided to hire a lawyer. My wife and I recently purchased a bar and leased the space that it's in. This of course involved signing several binding legal documents (that were poorly written by another law firm). Matthew LaMaster revised the Lease Agreement so it read properly, drafted a Purchase Agreement that protected both parties involved in the deal, and gave legal council that really set us up properly going into this new venture.
