Kevin was great and handled my case well. He is quick to respond when I have questions and his staff has always been friendly and helpful.

The practice is a joke. Hopefully Kevin can stay awake long enough to read this because he slept through every meeting and then had the audacity to charge for them 🤣🤣🤣. And his one person office staff needs to learn how to be a professional.

I really didn't even want to give any stars. Where are the negative stars at lets put that at a -5 star. I had a bad experience with this company. I always had to call to see where things stood and to also get the balance I owe. I used Kevin as my attorney for a divorce and I would never recommend him to anyone. He is not professional, doesn't not have communication or care for his client and does not like to fight like he says he does. He also stated that he likes to win but what is a win for him because he definitely did not win for me. He was constantly falling asleep whenever I was talking about my case with him. He was always in a hurry and didn't show like he cared to hear what I had to say about my case. I had a lot of proof of things that should have got me a lot more from my divorce but did not. I did go through mediation but wish I would have taken it to court instead but let's get real who has that kind of money. I already have to fork out close to 7,000 to him for doing nothing in a win situation for me. I should of at least got half of what our home was worth due to we both are on the quit claim deed. I made a comment to Kevin about getting pics or something from our barn and he said my husband would get mad, whose side was he on? I just called the other day to talk to him about a serious matter and he was talking to someone in the background and laughing while I was trying to be serious about my case - THIS IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then during our mediation I tried to fight against things and get half of everything and I tried to get my husband to only have our kid on every other weekend but they talked me out of everything. They stated they looked up what our assets were worth and I didn't agree with it. Why did Kevin not say hey wait let's get an appraisal done on everything before we move forward? He was my attorney and that is what he was there for to help me along the way but he did not. Instead he coursed me into get into the barn to get pics and never used any of the pics or anything he had proof of that could of went against my now ex husband. They also told me in mediation that the courts would not grant every other weekend for custody to my now ex husband due to he is in her life. That the courts only grant every other weekend to parent(s) that are not in the kids life regularly. When I basically had our kid every day and he hardly was home. I would love to file a claim against this business for not doing what they are suppose to be doing and for not being professional and taking innocent peoples money at high rates.

I needed just a quick consult as I was finishing up an probate estate and had about 20 minutes of questions. This team, fit me in quickly, answered my questions and the initial consult was affordable. I am really thankful for their time and expertise. I shall return if I ever need more legal advise in this area. Thanks for everything!

Kevin and his team were exceptional. For a father to win vs the state and ex spouse took real skill.
