Took your money without any help

Had an appointment. Never received a call. Tried calling and was told he was busy and he'll call me back. Waited an hour no call. Tried calling again the Lebanese lady said he's too busy to talk to me. I told her I have an appointment and she said that she sees my name but the lawyer is to busy to talk to me. She said if I'd like to pay another $250 for an emergency appointment. Don't waste your time with this business. All positive reviews are most likely from friends and family. Please look elsewhere or you'll end up sending them money for no reason.

I would like to thank Mr.Mohamed elsharnoby very much that he helped me get my green card for my mother in law I would also like to thank one of his employees Mrs.Hind she was very nice and understanding woman.

I made an appointment to have a personal call with Elsharnoby lawyer himself, by paying $150 by Zelle. Appointment was supposed to be after exactly 5 business days. Didn't get the call. Next day I called to see whyi didn't get the call, and was told He was in court and couldn't get mt call, so instead they would call me that same day. And then same thing, didn't get his call again. Next day I called again, and was not really given a straight answer on why. The Lebanese Lady on the phoe apologized on his behalf, and told me that today he would call for sure. But then again for the third day no call again. So I was done by this point and didn't want the call anymore, and just wanted my $150 back. They told me we would send you a check instead of just paying me back by Zelle. (zelle is an istant pay to your account). Took a week for the check to arrive. It was just a headache and waste of time. The only reason why I am giving 2 starts instead of 1, is because the Lebanese Lady was very professional and apologizing for things that weren't her fault.

Cockroaches all over the red carpet. The cashier suggested that spending more somewhere else would ensure there were no pests in the room but that's why I spent the same amount in other places and you don't have to share your room with cockroaches. My daughter was scared and we didn't sleep and we changed the room twice and the same thing. There are cockroaches. This is something. It is terrible and disgusting. Please do not waste your money in this hotel. I left the hotel and did not sleep there with my family. The owner was greedy and stole my money and I did not sleep there full of cockroaches

I had an unfortunate experience with attorney Mohamed Ahmed Elsharnoby. Unfortunately, my interactions with him were far from satisfactory. I found his services to be inadequate, both in terms of professionalism and effectiveness. Firstly, the quality of work provided was notably subpar. Despite the substantial fees paid, the legal services did not meet the expected standards. There were consistent delays and lack of clear communication regarding the progress of my case. This led to unnecessary stress and frustration. Additionally, I encountered issues with the handling of my case that raised concerns about ethical practices. There were instances where the actions taken seemed questionable, leaving me with a sense that my interests were not being properly represented. This raised doubts about the integrity and legality of the practices employed. Given my experience, I cannot recommend Mohamed Ahmed Elsharnoby’s services. I would advise potential clients to proceed with caution and consider seeking alternative legal representation to avoid similar issues.

The best team they were helpful, they were not hesitate if I have any question , especially Hala she is so nice 😍
