Let me make it easy and simple for you. When you first meet with him, just tell him the truth about your case, do not lie. The more you tell him the truth, the more you will win your case. This past fall I was overcharged with alleged damage to a truck I rented for moving. Confident there was no such damage, I contacted Mr. Gardner for some help and guidance. Ultimately, due to his direction and assistance, I was reimbursed for the damage charges.

He is a great attorney, but chose the wrong client. Instead of talking sense into what is the best interest of our child, he attempted to take everything that I worked for. Instead of telling the client what was right, he accepted her money and proceeded with lies. He will fight for you, but I cannot respect someone who attempts to take time away from a good father. The client did not win and we are still going to court. So chose Gary if you need someone to speak up for you when you’re already guaranteed the win.
