John Foley mediated my divorce case. He was compassionate and very knowledgeable. On several points, he managed to get me more than I was willing to settle for, and spent a great deal of time making sure that we had all of the information we needed (some of which the other attorney had refused to give to my attorney before the mediation), before we agreed to a final settlement. I 100% recommend John Foley as a mediator.

This guy is all about money his only concern is him getting paid before doing anything. 300 just to talk to you. Lawyers like him are why the legal system ain’t working. He has no time.

He is a one sided attorney. He is very unprofessional. He takes the side that he likes, even if you have 100% proof. He is unfair, unprofessional. DO NOT HIRE. He doesn't even deserve the one star.

Worst attorney ever!! I had another highly respected attorney review my divorce settlement from Mr. Foley and pointed out crucial errors made by John which led even Mr Foley to declare that my settlement was the worse he’d ever seen… but he continued to send me astronomical bills for incompetent work. DO NOT HIRE HIM…unless you are looking to hire someone to clean out your bank account.

In his words, Mr. Foley said my divorce settlement was the worst he’d ever seen”. Well, he was my attorney and I expected that he would get me the best settlement possible. Obviously to me, the opposing counsel did the exemplary job. Mr. Foley did not take the time to walk me through the divorce settlement to explain all the terms, but made sure he took the time to send me his bills in a timely fashion.
