Everytime I had questions or didn't understand there was someone that talked me through . they were always pleasant and respectful and encouraging that we would get through this together

Worst attorney ever. Daniel is evil

This experience with Frego and Associates has not been a good ride. They are constantly Shuffling you between attorneys, whenever you contact the office regarding your case they may return your call but never have a solid answer and your told once again I will talk with an attorney and call you back. After all of this you’ll receive a bill where they’re requesting from the courts funds for services that they have not rendered. I would not recommend this Bankruptcy Law Firm to anyone

I filed for bankruptcy back in 2014 on account of my husband and I were going through a divorce. I was assured by my attorney that when we did decide to sell our family home that my half would not be a concern for the debtor's. Needless to say it was and the debtor's did come to claim my half. When I did contact Frego and associates on this matter I was told that the attorney I had is no longer with them. Just be careful I went in trusting the process and came out very dissatisfied.

The staff that answers the phones are awesome! Very professional, and will attempt to answer your questions without having the attorney call you. Chapter 13 is horrible all I own is a car I’m still financing the attorney said he could get them to lower the amount owed on the car which was a lie. I also owe the irs. I received a bill from the attorney office no warning saying I owe them near 6000. I have been contacting the office since October and still haven’t got my issue settled. Attorney Toni is horrible and seems unorganized and maybe taken on more than he can handle he lied to the trustee then wanted me to sign something. Because of his mess up. I wish the attorney would have given me as advice when I came in instead of taking my money. I want out this whole situation! If your not doing a chapter 7 please shop around!

They got 9000 and nothing was pay on my account credit still bad

Mr. Frego is a nice, helpful lawyer/man. But his staff, the rest of the lawyers on down, horrible attitude, at times not professional. Late on getting things process. Ask questions, either you get an 'I don't know " or "it's up to you" response with no input, advice, helpful suggestions, nothing. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone!

I filed bankruptcy with Frego and associates and it was a huge mistake. I made my appointments payments and court dates only to have everything dismissed a few months into my case. My attorney was condescending and rude and the paralegal was no help either she knew nothing. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Even the “office manager” talks to people like they’re unlearned. I ended up going to another bankruptcy firm and was treated with respect and they actually showed compassion for my situation. Frego is NOT A PROFESSIONAL FIRM!!!

Hard to get answers from anyone there or to get a call back or talk to your Lawyer
