I must apologize to frego & Associates, because they helped me when I needed it the most.

Would not recommend, My experience was horrible. Not a professional firm, they do not call you back on time,very rude and in such a stressful situation you do not need added stress on top. Seems like they are taking to many cases then they can handle.

They are terrible with communicating I been waiting for almost two weeks for a call back from my lawyer.

This office is very helpful and well experienced !! They made me feel better about my issues....

Great customer service very professional and patient with clients. Walked me through the process every step of the way. I never imagined I’d file for bankruptcy but they made the process simple, painless and easy to understand.

I am updating my review based on some recent experiences. At first everything was good and I was very pleased with their services. My case has been very very complicated baed on personal businesses and lots of moving targets. The attorneys have been helpful and responsive until as of late: -My case was delayed multiple times and several months due to a calculation error by the original attorney which then opened up an additional can of worms and took Months to resolve. -I have been assigned multiple Paralegals due to the previous leaving the firm. -Every time you need an attorney for advice you speak with a different one so there is no consistency. -My original attorney wasn’t able to make my court appearance so it was delayed a few minutes while they scrambled to find someone else who didn’t know my case. - For follow up questions based on new situations I have to send several emails and multiple phone calls until you get a response. Either they have large turnover or are taking in too many clients to be able to deliver a quality, responsive, and accurate representation to their clients. Unfortunately, I made the wrong choice in choosing a firm. They have been good initially but now I am not experiencing the same level of service or responsiveness in the past few months. I suggest to do your home work and find the firm that best represent your needs. By volume of their clients their work is good as you can see by the reviews but maybe they are taking in too many paper and have too much turnover to keep the quality consistent.
