Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I contacted them with no idea what situation I was even in and no idea how to work around and get out of it, and from the first call with the secretary, who was sweet and helpful, to Kurt Koning giving realistic and easy to understand ideas of my situation, I know this firm and everyone inside it cares about us. 100/5 stars

Initial consultation was a total waste of my time. I was pushed off onto my company's union. Also, Miss Kathleen needs to learn how to communicate effectively, without all the "and um" "so uh" "you know" and MOMENTS OF COMPLETE SILENCE in her speech pattern. How unprofessional!! You have to be WELL-SPOKEN to work with attorneys! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I talked to kathleen at first about my case she was understanding and seemed like we were both on the same page then i was sent off to joslyn whatever her name is and she was difficult to talk to she doesnt listen and wasnt understanding how i was explaining the situation at all what a joke.
