Professional and compassionate, Lisa shames all other attorneys in her field. She was always ready to explain what was happening during my identity theft case, why its happening and how we can counteract it. She treats you as a human being and not a client. Never speaks to you in a condescending manner and always make sure you are comfortable with her ideas. I have had many attorneys have a hard time believing I would win my case or whether it was worth it or not. Lisa never doubted for a second that she could get it done because it was the right the thing to do in the interest of justice. Lisa, if youre reading this, thank you! You honestly have saved my life.

So I have used Lisa Okasinski for a lot of really varied problems, all of them real estate related. She has helped me obtain a quiet title on a problematic property, kept an unsavory character for stealing said property, and allowed me to negotiate the sale of that property (with MAJOR environmental and title issues) at a 6 figure markup. She has been diligent about protecting me and my interests every step of the way and while pleasant and gracious, has been a shark where my interests are concerned. I have had a lot of lawyers in various cities and states, but Lisa is by far my favorite. I owe her a lot. Her pricing is always fair, and I am never left feeling upset at some insane mark up for a phone conversation or an email (a problem I have encountered a frequently with other attorneys). She has delivered every single thing I have asked of her with unwavering professionalism. I cannot recommend her enough.

Lisa is not only knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and effective, but because she has a warm, pleasant personality, she not only successfully represented me, but she made what was otherwise a total nightmare scenario not quite so bad. She is patient and thorough. She listened to me. She never overbilled; a substantial portion of my retainer was even returned! While she is warm and pleasant, she is also tough.
