Going through a divorce is super stressful so having someone like Kyle as my lawyer made things much easier. Kyle is very professional and always made himself available to answer all of my questions. He was also very easy going about changing things last minute on my divorce papers and was very patient with me while doing it. Kyle handled my brothers case, my brother is not the sharpest tool in the shed and my mother is overbearing. He answered all of their questions and mine with patience and ease. I’m not going to lie at first I was worried, I am used to loud aggressive cocky lawyers. Kyle is not that. He is reserved, calm, quiet. However he is a bulldog in the court room. He knows his stuff! My brothers was already on a felony probation and not allowed to get in any sort of trouble, he was able to get his case dismissed! He was strong, smart, and well versed in the courtroom. Attorney Phifer is one of the most astute probate and estate planning lawyers I know. Not only were his years of experience obvious when dealing with the sometimes confusing details of my grandmother's estate great, but the amount of research that he does as well as his deftness with current laws and trends are very much head and shoulders over other attorneys I spoke with. As the executor of an estate, I tried liquidating a property that was in probate by myself. I ran into many problems and delays because I didn't fully understand real estate or the probate process. Mr. Phifer helped me close the probate and sell the property without any incumbrances. I sold the property in the nick of time before losing it to property taxes.
