I hired Darwyn for a very difficult case involving real property. From the beginning, the odds were against us and the situation was grim as we were up against one of the largest and most corrupt banks there is-I won’t mention the name cuz I definitely don’t want to see them in court ever again. Of course, in any court case, it comes down to the decision of a judge or a jury, but Darwyn will work harder and smarter than most other attorneys, increasing the likelihood of a favorable outcome. Darwyn ended up getting me exactly what I wanted, despite our much less than favorable chances. And he did it ethically, without resorting to lies and other deceitful tactics that so many other lawyers typically have to use to win. Darwyn Fair is an excellent attorney and a great guy. If you hire him and lose, you were probably going to lose no matter what.
