Omar "Ted" Badr Attorney at Law Law Offices of Walter Metzen Attorney at Law is awesome. After my bankruptcy GM financial came back and repo my car 2 years after my Bankruptcy. I called Ted and he was on the job. He pulled records he made phone calls and this was at least 2 years after my bankruptcy. After Ted talk to them GM financial call me and asked me what time was I going to be home so that they could return my car. Thank you so much ‘Ted for your dedication and hard work. Highly recommended and very professional.

I had chosen McKeen & associates to handle a potential case after tragically losing my mother to a medical error in late 2020. The initial “case investigator” was ALWAYS very responsive to emails or phone calls. After about 5 months of not getting any updates, I sent that investigator a few emails over the next few weeks with no response. When I finally called their office, it was stated that the original investigator had left the firm and that janis took over. It was frustrating that I got no correspondence from her letting me know that she had taken over the case. I sent a few emails to her and got no response, later on, I was finally able to talk to Janis on the phone. She kept everything very secretive and quick not caring at all about new developments. Months later, I had another conversation with Janis, of course once again everything was brief and secretive and she pretty much let me know her daughters dentist appointment was more important than the information I was trying to relay to her. I then finally spoke with the attorney handling my mothers case, Kenny lee. Kenny was more informative but lacked the skills to look at ALL the evidence at hand. Fast forward to 2+ years later. I get a brief voicemail from Janis about the case, she says if I have any questions to call her and of course she doesn’t respond. Her daughter must have another dentist appointment. It’s very rough when you suddenly lose your mother, it’s even more rough when you have a law firm that keeps everything secretive for 2 years and when there’s a investigator who is the point of contact who just doesn’t care at all.

Our experience with McKeen & Associates was wonderful. Our attorney John LaParl and his team did an amazing job for the case. They were prompt and extremely helpful throughout the process. John is highly knowledgeable and works hard for the client's best interest. We highly recommend John and his team.

10/10 recommend Walter Metzen is a great attorney he was very professional he was fast with responding to my emails and always answered the phone when I called he kept me updated on my case before court and after court if your looking for a bankruptcy lawyer Walter Metzen is your guy Thank You So Much ☺️
