If you are seriously considering bankruptcy and have a million questions or just aren't sure like I was, PLEASE do yourself a huge favor and go see Chad and Walter. They will answer every question you have and work with you to get your bankruptcy filed. I probably called Chad 20 times and he answered my questions and my emails every single time. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend Walter Metzen and his group if you need to file bankruptcy.
