I came to Walter Metzen's office after filing bankruptcy with a lawyer who completely botched my filing. The trustee was coming after my house because of it. Walter completely turned the situation around and saved my house. Not only is he professional and knowledgeable he has relationships with the right people. He wants whats best for his clients and gets results. If your even considering filing bankruptcy give his office a call you wont regret it.

The Law Offices of Walter Metzen definitely gets a five star rating from me, I'll explain why. First and Foremost I contacted Walter in October of 2019 inquiring about chapter 7 bankruptcy he gave me the bankruptcy fee and the court fee amount without even scheduling an consultation, everyone else was saying you'll have to set an appointment for an consultation. I told him I'll be to see him within the next two weeks (I didn't show that time) he was very understanding. I ended up going to the office the end of November 2019 instead and I was a mess, literally paperwork was everywhere, I didn't have everything but the woman at the front desk was very helpful she pulled up the paperwork I needed and printed it out on her computer. I kept apologizing for not being prepared and she simply replied "stop apologizing, it's okay. It happens". I met with Chad after about 15 minutes he answered EVERY question accurately. He walked me through the whole process, he informed me on what to expect and he got all of my paperwork to my job in the same day (to stop a garnishment). Walter was busy and still made time to help when needed and he was very pleasant. Also let me mention after I filed chapter 7 that next payday from my employer I noticed that some money was still taken from my account for the garnishment (An error on my employer end) I contacted Chad and he contacted my employer him self to make sure they corrected the error and I received my refund three days later. All I can say is if you're looking for a bankruptcy lawyer I highly recommend Law Offices of Walter Metzen. They're professional, friendly, and patient. I really hope this review help you guys make the right decision and choose them.

This is my third time using Walter Metzen and Associates. I have also referred several people to the firm. I have not been disappointed yet. They are friendly and very thorough. I never had an issue getting anyone on the phone for assistance. This very last time I had Chad for a conversion from a chapter 13 to a 7 and he made the whole process so seamless. I highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of their service. They are awesome!!

It took them over a year before I heard from them. They couldn't find the papers from emergency room. I found them in about 10 minutes from my copies and called them to let them know where they were. They said no negligence. If I wanted a second opinion go ASAP-- not much time left.
