Title: A Disheartening Attorney-Client Experience with Jasmine Rippy Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I was an out-of-state client who initially had high hopes when I chose to work with attorney Jasmine Rippy. Initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly, and the odds were in my favor. However, as time went on, my experience with this law firm took a dramatic downturn, leaving me deeply dissatisfied. Communication, which had been a strong point at the beginning, deteriorated significantly. Despite my best efforts, including numerous phone calls, voicemails, emails, and text messages, I received no response for months. This lack of communication left me feeling abandoned and anxious about the progress of my case. It was only after I resorted to emailing their general contact address that I received a reply. However, this reply was not the update I had been desperately seeking. Instead, I was informed that my case could not be continued, and the only silver lining was that I would receive half of my retainer back, accompanied by supporting court documents. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in any profession, what truly disappointed me was the lack of professionalism displayed by this law firm during this ordeal. As a client, I had never expected perfection, but I did anticipate a basic level of professionalism and communication. Regrettably, I feel compelled to give this attorney-client experience a one-star review. Not only did I receive no recommendation for another attorney who could have taken over my case, but I was also left to locate another attorney on my own, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. In conclusion, my experience with attorney Jasmine Rippy's law firm was a disheartening one. The initial promise and competence were overshadowed by a marked decline in communication and professionalism. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the firm to improve their client relations and communication practices.
