(Using a pseudonym for anonymity and privacy) There are our founding fathers who wrote the Constitution of the United States, and then there are the heroes today who defend the constitution, and this is where Attorney Mike Nichols deserves some recognition. I was charged with OWI based on evidence that was obtained by violating my 4th amendment right. The prosecution thought they had me in the bag, they tried offering us a weak plea deal, Mike said no way. We filed a motion, judge dropped the case entirely.
