I received a notice from USCIS sent to me in the U.S. mail last December that was due in 30 days (on January 3). I didn’t receive it for more than a week. Most attorneys were out of the office and unavailable because of the holiday. My attorney recommended Amy to me, and I did a consultation with her on December 19. By the time I spoke with Amy, I only had a couple of weeks left to the deadline. She knew that it would be hard for me to find another attorney because of the timing, so she accepted the case even though it was EB-5 related and she doesn’t usually take those cases. Because of that, she recommended that after we responded to the notice, I work with experienced EB-5 lawyers at another firm (they had also been recommended to me, and knew Amy and respected her as an attorney) so that I would have the best representation that I could possibly have. Amy worked tirelessly, even over the holidays, and found a lot of evidence to support my case (more than 700 pages, I was impressed and surprised). After she finished her part of the case, she continued working with my current legal team to track down critical documents that I need to get an approval. I highly recommend Amy, she cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to do her best.
