Hello I had this lawyer as a court appointed attorney, he talked me into clean so not to go into court, could not contact him for over 3 weeks before my sentencing and never returned any calls. I would not recommend this lawyer

This guy should not even be in a courtroom at all. He was court appointed to me but I hired a real lawyer which I should have done in the first place. Even though I argued with them went round and round about how I did not want to wave my preliminary exam and district Court all he cared about was spending as little time as possible in front of a judge he didn't care the outcome whether I went to prison or or what, had I continue to use this court-appointed joker I would be in prison right now and my daughter would not have her father at home where she needs me. The guy signed some paperwork and then try to tell me I didn't need to go in front with judge well glad I trusted my instinct wouldn't talk to the clerk they called him back and had I not done that my bond would have been revoked and I would have been thrown in jail by this guy's horrible advice

Worst lawyer do not waste your time! I’ve been trying to get ahold of him this entire month with no response and I have a trial date next week.

Worst lawyer doesn’t do his job takes months to file important motions and you can never reach him no matter how many times you call. He will Keep telling you week after week “it’ll be done next week” a soon months pass by and it’s still not done waste of time not trust worthy at all . Do not recommend

Terrible do not deal with this guy even if he's state appointed request another lawyer please prosecutor were going to dismiss after I had restitution but the court didn't take a cashier's check he should've known that so the judge entered a nolle pro didn't know what that was so I asked Steve vernier he advised me to take it saying it was better once the check cleared everything would be dismissed and no charges no probation well five months later find out I was put on probation never reported though and now He's putting a motion for what I was supposed to get by the way my charge was returning a rental car back a few days late that I rented for a friend from Avis vandyke and 12 mi my cpl got revoked and this Happened in 2019 I find out in 2022 had a warrant from 19 had to turn my self in and get booked WOW

No good

His retainers are reasonable , tough hard-nosed commonsense lawyer. Unfortunately I have used him a couple times but I have come out of each situation with Fair punishment
