Mark Fugulo is the best attorney you will find in this area! If your on the fence about hiring a good attorney that has reasonable prices STOP LOOK NO FURTHER! He knows his way around the courtroom! He knows most of the judges , and prosecutors, through his long career as an attorney in Macomb County. He is a staple in the community! He has been on 9Mile just east of Gratiot across from the Eastpointe Police station since I can remember! I have been going to Mark since 1998! He has always been there for me. He will go over the case with you, (before ) he takes it, he will let you know up front if (whatever your situation is,) if its worth pursuing further. This may explain the other review on this website. Some people do not understand you have to make a appointment to go over your situation so he can determine if this would be in your best interest. Attorney Jurczak is a great attorney . He was always very patient and attentive to my needs. He is very good at being an advocate and presenting the facts in my best interests. With his knowledge, he made a difficult situation less stressful. Also, when I recommended my daughter to him as a client, he cared for her in a similar fashion. He gets my highest recommendation. Best lawyer in Eastpointe! I called the Law office of William Jurczak to ask about evicting a tenant who trashed my home, and to make sure I was following the proper procedures.
