I came to see Mr. Bishop to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He was also very reasonable with his attorney fees. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to file bankruptcy.

Rob was very easy to talk to, very informative when I had questions & made me feel super comfortable during the process. Filing bankruptcy is a scary experience for anyone! I just wish I would have done it sooner instead of waiting based off of fear!

I lost my father in September of 2016 I inherited my fathers house. The mortgage company that my father had on the house would not let me assume the mortgage instead they took the payments that I had been making. stacked them up put a foreclosure on the door and sent my payments back to me I went to the Bishop law office and I cannot thank them enough for helping me fight this mortgage company to save my father's home that he had worked so hard for. Bishop Law is the best , I thought this process was going to take a very long time and I thought it was going to require so much but I was wrong , let me not forget very affordable! I didn’t expect it to be as fast as it was , Over the phone wasn’t bad at all to be honest it was awesome I only put 140 down to start the process and he got started immediately! He never pressured me about a Payment , he answered all my questions and concerns and every time I called his office the lady I talked to was very helpful and always professional! I would definitely recommend bishop law for bankruptcy
