Trash. Do not use for an attorney. Your better off fighting your case solo than to hire him as your attorney

David Williams is a small town one man law firm, if you require a legal issue handled, David will complete it while you wait if possible. Issues requiring court intervention are scheduled as timely as the court docket permits, sometimes this takes months. Most people don't realize most cases rely on the court to set the schedule of events to take place. If you want a friendly lawyer who knows his stuff Mr. Williams is the man to help you.

My ex husband used this man for our divorce. After a long awaited period of time dealing with the lawyer the court date was finally scheduled for the end of March 2017, this is a seperate concern as to how long it took for him to actually schedule this date. My main concern is that it is now June 2, 2017, and no effort has been made from this man to obtain the finalized court documents concerning legality of the divorce, and my name change. I have been several states away during this entire process simply waiting to see proof of my divorce, a certified copy of these documents is to be mailed to the other party at the end of the hearings. The most alarming concern is that my ex husband's last check payment was accepted, deposited, and cashed well over 4 weeks ago. I would think that a rightful, deligent, and proactive business man would consider finishing his job before a payment was hastly deposited for his benefit. I made a phone call to his office today, first time I ever spoke to the man, told him who I was, and he was very aware of me. His excuse was "I have been dealing with other issues this week." Okay. Well what about last week, the week before last, the week before that, oh how about the week you decided to take your final payment and deposit it into your account? Its bad buisness to put a paid up clients personal buiness in the back of your mind, because you yourself got the only thing you really needed out of it. It might not be important to you anymore, because your personal affairs have been made better by the trust and business of this client, but you don't mind putting this clients important personal affairs off to the side now that you got what you want, sounds like a lousy person in my opinion. You clearly work at the court house on a regular basis, how difficult is it for you to go to a different part of the building that you work in, pick up these paid for documents, and send them to the other party like you are suppose too? Conclusion on this, after many phone calls, and finally a call by me personally, apparently this lawyer will be picking up those documents today. Oh, but my ex has to go out of his way to pick them up from David Williams office after leaving work today, make me copies, and send them to me himself. Ummmm hello, did you not get paid to do this sir David Williams? What a terrible, terrible business man. Time line: Hearing: End of March 2017 April 2017- final payment was taken and deposited May 2017- waiting June 2017- still waiting
