Very helpful!

The worst experience of my life was a custody hearing for my two children. I had been dreading the day for months. I needed the best representation in the area. Thankfully, I had the remarkable Katie Clark and the team at Upper Michigan Law. From the custody hearing to the parenting-time hearings, I felt a sense of security being represented by Katie. I knew she had my back and witnessed firsthand her ability as an attorney. She was truly amazing to witness in-person, as both an unwavering and unstoppable force for us. I don’t believe the end result would have been the same without Katie. Her professionalism, her guidance, and her prowess is unmatched. Katie Clark handled our estate planning. We found Ms. Clark to be very patient, personable and very professional. She got us all set up with our new will and Lady Bird Deeds so we feel confident that our family won't have a problem with our estate when we pass. She was thorough and listened to and addressed any concerns we had. Her paralegal, Alyssa, is equally as personable and professional. We highly recommend Ms Clark for your estate planning needs. I can't address how she handles the Family Court side of things, but you can't go wrong with retaining her for Family Court needs if she is even half as good as she is with estate planning.
