I was in a bad motorcycle crash not due to my own actions and, on my behalf when unable to make my own financial/legal decisions, was partnered with Sam Bernstein's Law Firm. I'm glad I was because I had no clue what I was doing, and I couldn't do really anything in my physical and mental state. They were open, reliable, and quick with their responses. Their help, especially since my crash happened as covid reared it's buggy head, helped me immensely with taking on the toll of medical bills, losses, and the sudden realization of my injuries. I'm thankful for my time with them, even if it was because of a bad crash. They helped me get a good and quick settlement to replace my lost possessions and pay for my time down, while helping me get medical bills and documents sorted and sent to the right places. I don't believe I could have done it with any number of ambulance chasers. They also sent me a couple goodie bags along the way including my now favorite hat that reminds me that a good choice was made.

It was the best experience as a kid

I had a hit and run motorcycle accident. My health insurance would not pay my medical bills. I was off work for 6 months. I called their office and they were immediately on the job. Very professional and communicated every step of the way. I can't thank Joseph and Paula enough. They had my bills paid and compensated for my time off. More than I could ask for. I recall watching Sam Bernstein commercials during Saturday morning cartoons. (40 yrs. ago) Definitely "Call Sam" they'll help you out.

I should of went with my family lawer. I've been waiting to wrap my case up for going almost 60 days now the lawsuit was finished in April here it is June 2nd and still waiting. On a defense attorney to send paperwork there is no way I can get help I've called and called and I keep hearing the same excuses .please don't go to these people if u want to be treated rite, worse experience I've ever had thank God this is not a criminal case.

Easy and stress free Tom was great and thorough. I can't imagine doing this without them.
